Free Sunday lunch

We regularly have one of our popular EasyLunch meals - bread, soup and cake after the meeting for anyone who wants to come along. We start serving food around 1pm. so even if you don't make the 10:30am meeting you are welcome to come for the food!

Church on campus!

Our great friends at Open Heaven church meet on campus each Sunday and in student cell groups throughout the week. Why not pop into their office on Ashby Rd or check out the website.

Student resources

For student believers who are passionate about following Jesus and introducing fellow students to him, Fusion is an excellent resource site. In fact, Fusion's national team leader Rich Wilson is based at Open Heaven church here in Loughborough!

A new book this summer, Fresh by Krish Kandiah is a great resource for freshers and those contemplating university. It offers a challenging introduction to maintaining a strong faith and making the most of it at uni. Check out the freshspace site for more info!

If you are a new or returning student, welcome (back) to Loughborough! We are proud to be in such a student-friendly town and we trust that, in your first weeks here, you will feel quickly at home.

...If so, we'd love to welcome you to King's Church. We have a thriving student (and ex-student) population, and we will do our best to make King's a home-from-home. We work closely with other congregations in the town, and will help you to find the best place for you to grow as a follower of Jesus.

If you are missing being part of a family, we can connect you with a family here at King's Church, who will be in touch to offer help and support, a friendly place to drop in, and a bit of home-cooked food as well. Get in touch with Andy and Sarah and we'll aim to link you with a suitable host family as soon as we can.
